Le projet d\u2019un petit scooter vit le jour dans ce cadre. Toutefois, la concurrence \u00e9tant nombreuse dans ce domaine, Francesco Laverda d\u00e9cida de se d\u00e9marquer en r\u00e9pondant \u00e0 la demande d\u2019une client\u00e8le essentiellement f\u00e9minine gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 sa l\u00e9g\u00e8ret\u00e9 (50 kg), son faible empattement (1,08m) et son moteur 4 temps tout aluminium tr\u00e8s compact\u2026 La production fut lanc\u00e9e fin 1959.
